We provide spiritual and symbolic Turkish coffee cup readings. Our readings are prepared with care, intention, and intuition, based on the intake information and coffee cup image (if applicable) submitted by the customer.

To receive a reading, you must complete the intake form provided on the thank you page or via follow-up email. If no form is submitted, we are unable to deliver your reading and your purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
Personalized readings are typically delivered within 48-72 hours of receiving your completed intake form. Delivery time may vary depending on order volume and whether an express reading was selected.
We offer a 60-Day “Obsess Him or It’s FREE” Guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must submit the intake form and email us exactly on Day 60 after your purchase. Refunds will not be granted before or after that date. Full refund terms can be found on our Refunds & Returns Policy page.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reading if we feel the request is inappropriate, abusive, or outside the scope of our service. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
