🔒 Important Conditions

• You must complete and submit your intake form (on the thank you page or via email).
• If we do not receive this form, the reading cannot begin — and the guarantee becomes void.
• Refund requests are valid only if submitted on the 60th day after your purchase. Early or late refund requests will not be accepted.

If you are not completely satisfied with your reading, I will continue working with you until you are, offering clarification, deeper insights, or follow-up guidance as needed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your reading, please email us at support@thecoffeecuporacle.com and we will personally review your case and do everything we can to make it right.

🕒 Order Changes and Cancellations

Because we begin working on readings soon after an order is placed to keep up with demand, please email us within 2 hours of your purchase if you wish to cancel or change your order. After this 2-hour window, we’ll be happy to issue a store credit for a future reading instead.

🔁 Follow-Up Readings

Each reading includes 30 days of free follow-up readings, so you can continue to ask questions, seek clarity, or receive ongoing guidance related to your initial reading.

These follow-up readings may be renewed automatically each month to maintain your spiritual connection and support. You may cancel your renewal anytime by visiting your account dashboard or contacting us directly.

📅 Month Ahead Reading Subscriptions

Our Month Ahead Reading subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting us. However, once a subscription payment has been taken, we are unable to provide a refund for that billing period and you may choose to cnacel your subscription thereafter by contacting us.
