🔒 Important Conditions

  • You must complete and submit your intake form (on the thank you page or via email) where applicable. If a form is not submitted when you order is at the top of the queue, we will perform a generalized reading or ritual.
  • If we do not receive this form, your order cannot begin — and the guarantee becomes void.
  • Refund requests are valid only if submitted on the 60th day after your purchase. Early or late refund requests will not be accepted.
  • Once an order is placed we have a 1 hour window for order changes. Once the form is submitted, the order is final and cannot be changed or refunded, as it is sent to the queue.

Please note that we provide personalised spiritual services and digital products, not physical goods. For that reason, all completed orders are non-refundable.

Please Note: Any digital products, delivered as PDFs, are strictly non-refundable once sent to the customer.

Where a refund is approved, the refund amount will be the order total minus a 4% payment processing fee, which is non-recoverable.
